With over 15 years of experience, I can help you work through acute or chronic pain and injuries, help you relax and relieve stress & anxiety, or help you achieve peak performance at your sport.

WHAT TO EXPECT
At People's Integrative Wellness, you can expect personalized treatments with undivided one-on-one care.
Upon entry, you will be asked to remove your shoes to keep our space tidy and clean. I will check in with you about how you are feeling and your needs and expectations for the session. You will also have the option to choose any essential oils and the type of music for your treatment.
Sometimes I have my dog with me, sometimes she likes to stay home.
And please, no tipping. If you feel inclined to leave something extra, you can leave a positive review or testimonial, get a gift certificate for a friend, or rebook your next session.

Experience your sanctuary every time you step into the treatment room with fully customizable essential oils and your favorite music. Your treatment is a chance to turn off your phone and connect with yourself on a mini-therapeutic-staycation.
Meditation, QiGong & Yogic Dance can be used to extend the life of your massage treatment and are tools for managing pain and stress in daily life. Guided sessions are available before or after your massage treatment.
